These pouches do not contain tobacco, dust, or other traditional forms of tobacco, but instead, they are filled with harmful health-altering and addictive chemicals in the form of small pouches, which are becoming increasingly popular among the general public and particularly among young people. This is a very dangerous situation that needs to be highlighted so that people can be aware of its harms and safeguard the future of upcoming generations.

Thus, these pouches were heavily promoted during cricket matches, both nationally and internationally. All cricket match broadcasts, whether domestic or international, featured advertisements for nicotine pouches. Not only are they readily available at every major store in big cities, but they also come with various promotional offers and a variety of flavors. Sometimes there are even buy-one-get-one-free offers or free pouch distributions, creating a competition that has not spared even its advertising.

I appreciate your viewpoint that you think they are only harming themselves. It may seem better than cigarettes. However, most of the time when you open YouTube (In Pakistan), you see songs promoting VELO and ZYNN, influencing the youth, such as "Buy VELO and win an iPhone." I don't have an issue with pouches themselves if their marketing wasn't so heavily done by these companies.

I am an addict of nicotine pouches from almost 10 years now and I can say that it is really bad for stomach health but also it gives issues like brain cloud as well. I hope your message is wide spread and more people start getting awareness in our country that this is indeed not as glamorous as shown in ads but is in fact very injurious to health and mouth cancer is only one of it's main issues.

I am just shocked with their marketing strategy with packets۔ The most important and alarming thing is "Velo Sound Station". With the help of music show they are selling their hazardous products and ruining the society in Pakistan.
I have seen these velo pouches and white color packed velo in hands of many university fellows. I still remember that one day I was sitting in taxi and one student gave me this packet. When I inquired what is this? Then he replied that it's "suroor" enjoy it.
I was hesitated and I denied to take it. Ohhh.
I used to be a fan of Atif Aslam, but since he sang a song for VELO SoundCloud, I'm reconsidering my preferences. I can't be a fan of people who endorse and advertise things that can harm and addict the youth. In some countries, there are regulations that require all vapes, cigarettes, and pouches to have the same boring colors so that the younger generation isn't influenced negatively. And if we don't stop the trend of glorifying addiction today, we might find our children themselves addicted tomorrow.
