I appreciate your viewpoint that you think they are only harming themselves. It may seem better than cigarettes. However, most of the time when you open YouTube (In Pakistan), you see songs promoting VELO and ZYNN, influencing the youth, such as "Buy VELO and win an iPhone." I don't have an issue with pouches themselves if their marketing wasn't so heavily done by these companies.
