I support your perspective, I believe employees have the right to separate their lifestyle from work related activities. Some jobs definitely demands being cautious of words on social media which every employee must be aware of but employers having access to employees social media handles gives them the right to control the kind of activities that can be engaged in by the employees in the name of protecting organisation interest.
