I wanted to point out the disadvantages of keto and detox , as the only consumption of veggies and fruits doesn't seem healthy to me
Obviously, only eating veggies and fruits is not considered healthy because those can't fulfill our protein requirement and without protein how can we say something about diet food? Hehe, it's a common misconception of many of us that eating veggies and fruits is known as diet food and it's not healthy because protein is very important for health and at any cost, it should not be missed from food.
