I think you are resistant when it comes to change and for many people, it's not surprising but I think you need to be brave because you need to move forward today, tomorrow, or later as you can't stuck in the current position. So it's better to be brave today and overcome fear.
I one hundred percent agree with you.. I'm scared of change, especially when things are not so bad right now....although I know it definitely can get better, if only I do decide to move.
