You see some of the best hospitals in Nigeria are actually owned by the government like the UCH here in Ibadan. However they sometimes don't have the right facilities compared to the private hospitals. My brother once studied at babock and during the time he had a serious illness and was admitted into their teaching hospital. That hospital had everything possible as well as qualified doctors needed to treat any sick patient. The environment,the beds and everything there were all making sense. This is one of the things most government hospitals lack. As for the school part, I would choose the private sectors anytime and anyday especially if money isn't an issue.
