In my very own view grading does not measure one's intelligence but student performance to know the level of knowledge acquired which possibly leads to academic achievement and a yard stick to one's success academically. The application of knowledge can be within the walls of the school and outside the walls. That process of application makes up our intelligence.

I agree with you. judgment cannot determine a person's intelligence. but it is creativity that speaks because from a creativity we can see the level of someone's thinking.
