Nigeria is a highly patriarchal society where rules and laws are made to favor the men, we still have a long way to go before things change for the good. Those excuses the head of the dental department gave are really weak, just because other women gave various reasons to be excused from work doesn't mean all women are going to be that way too, and she can't tell me that men don't get distracted too
