My Entry "Tourism In The Philippines."

Hello Hive Communities, How are you doing? I hope everyone is in their best of health. Always do what makes you happy!


I am participating again for the weekly featured contents of the Hive Learners Community about the "tourism in your country. ' This content will serve us to appreciate and learn its country best tourist spots, cultures and traditional food. I am sure everyone is excited to visit and explore other countries.

Before Covid-19, Travel and tourism is the biggest contributors to the world economy. We can't deny the impact of the pandemic lockdown on tourism has been reduced the tourism revenues. People was not able to travel because of the Philippines government imposed to close down the Philippines tourism to protect the Filipinos from the virus.


As the number of international tourist arrivals to the Philippines significantly declined in 2021 before covid-19 pandemic years. Approximately 8.26 million foreign tourists visited Philippines in 2019 tourism revenue hits all-time high $9.31-B. Lockdown starts on March 2020 1.48 millions. In 2021 only 0.16 millions entered Philippines. It has a big impact on the tourist market. 2022 most countries is reopening their tourism and encourage tourists to travel. No more quarantine for fully vaccinated travelers.


The Philippines archipelago. Philippines is rich and surrounded by bodies of water more than 7,101 Islands. The Pacific Ocean on its east, the Celebes Sea on its south and China Sea on its North, West and South.


Philippines is known for its friendly people and their hospitality. Filipinos can easily communicate in English tourist has no problem to have a conversation. Philippines is an economical to visit. Many places in the Philippines are worth seeing. Let me share my travel experiences with some of our tourist spots. My Dad captures the pictures except the Palawan Photos. We visited all of these places. I was tired looking at my Dad T5 Samsung Portable SSD. Hehehe


Palawan
Puerto-Princesa Subterranean River National Park
Approximately 76 km northwest of Puerto Princesa and 360 km away from Manila. You will be amazed with the limestone karst landscapes.


Guimaras, Ilo-Ilo

Bohol

Chocolate Hills
There are at least 1,260 hills for 50 square kilometers.

San Juanico Bride Leyte
This bridge is connects two islands of Leyte and Samar. The country’s longest bridge spanning a body of seawater.

Banaue Rice Terrances
This is Filipinos Hagdan-hagdan Palayan ng Banawe. Ifugao or the igorot people carved the mountains into terrances by hand with minimal equipment. the terraces called the "Eighth Wonder of the World".

Sagada
Sumaging Cave is famous attraction in Sagada and also known as the “Big Cave,” this cave served the hideout of Filipino soldiers’ from the Japanese during the World War II.

Hanging Coffin
As you can see in the photo coffins in high elevated cliffs. Mostly the qualified individual was buried here. The coffins in tight spaces made from Pine tree logs.

The famous destination for hikers. Impressive view from at the top of Taal Lake.

Mayon is the most active volcano in the Philippines, erupting over 47 times in the past 500 years.

I got to know about the Philippines 🇵🇭 from their movies, I was a big fan until some certain time. But it is always been my plan to travel to the Philippines especially Manila 🥰🥰

Wow... What a beautiful array of pictures that have been arranged here for us to feast our eyes. The Philippines is a really beautiful place and the landscape is just enchanting. It would be quite nice to go visiting sometime.

Sorry, I wasn't fully aware can't use Google pics, before doing so I asked a friend if I can use Google pic or not but he said it is ok if you put the image source.
