I totally agree with you. Children shouldn't be allowed to sue their parents. The only reason to do something like that is if there exists some kind of abuse from the parents to the child, and it should be done by another adult, not directly by the child.

Exactly, in a world that allowed children to do this willy-nilly, it would clog up the courts with parents being denounced and prosecuted. Children don't have the emotional capacity to understand things and judge the situation correctly.
You're right. And I'm sure it would be mostly unnecessary cases like the example you gave, or because dad/mom took the child's phone.
This cell phone grabbing thing would turn into a war, many parents would be arrested for it, which would be absurd.
Yes. That is, if I, as a parent, buy a phone for my child that means the phone is mine, not his. So I have the right to get it back if he does something wrong. There doesn't have to be a court battle over something like that.
