RE: ARE THEY ALWAYS RIGHT?

in Hive Learners2 years ago

What a terrible thing to witness. That man should be ashamed of his behaviour. Sadly there are people in this world who will trample all over others to get what they want... and clearly he was not about to be shown up in front of his lady friend either! There are two issues here which really grate: firstly the lack of self-control and kindness of heart, and secondly the inability to recognise that one's own behaviour was poor, to begin with, and to atone for that. I am pleased in this instance that the restaurant manager had the good sense to admonish the customer in a fair and direct manner, but it is sad that he also admonished the employee in public... I guess he has some more learning to do himself. That poor employee... just trying to balance everyone's needs... and rightly said... the customer is NOT always right and it is high time that businesses started standing up for their employees more. I do see a lot of customer-facing businesses displaying signs that read that any abuse directed towards any of their staff will not be tolerated... and I commend this approach. People are becoming less tolerant of abusive personalities. !PIZZA

It's was really a sight that day,
It's true, employers should also pit the interest of their staff too to heart, well in this our country, not every employer cares, though they might have the mind of doing so, but they tend to take employees as lower being, just because they pay their salary.thats such for this country, most of the care for their money.

Thanks for stopping by. 🥰

It's sad that people are not valued more. We can only rectify that by holding people in value ourselves and starting with that as an example. !LUV
