bro I read it. The limitations you suggested aren't too realistic bud.
The first reform should be that a limit should be set in it that you cannot gamble above this amount and it will also be beneficial that there will also be control over the person who gambles a lot of money in excitement.
It's their money. I don't think anybody would want the government to control how they spend their money. Would you be ok with that? It'd be the same thing as saying oh you're drunkard now imma set a limit on how much money you can spend on alcohol u buy so you can't buy too much alcohol?
Anything can be addicting, anything can be bad. Making it illegal because people can't control themselves is silly. People smoke and they get lung cancer and ruin their life and it affects their family as well the hospital fees so we should limit this too?
Along with this, I have another idea in my mind that these applications should have information about the bank accounts of their users that how much money is in the account of this user.
I don't think it's ok. You want people to know how much is in your bank account? That's madness. These kinds of things should be private and banks should be protecting that information.
There's better things for the government to work on, why waste tax money on an issue that will always be there >.>. we just going to give ways for it to evolve lol like now instead of porn we have only fans. I can't imagine how gambling will evolve if we try to make it illegal and what underhanded methods people will do to keep it going. It's better to keep it up and regulated but it's not in the casinos or the governments problem to try to control people on it.
I think it'd be more beneficial to give people more education so people have stronger minds and stay away and of course parents should help with that. In the end, if they still end up doing it what can you do. You can teach the people all you want but you cant control them. We have people still committing crimes despite the law there. I'm not saying there shouldn't be a law but i'm just saying government won't be able to do much.
I did not say that the government should control our all expenses.
These suggestions are only for online gambling Apps.
I mean to say that the gambling applications can have a particular credit limit where you cannot spend more than a limit, and the government can give such instructions to those gambling apps and should properly check about it.
As far as the bank account is concerned, I don't know at how many places people make payments from their bank accounts these days and do you feel that your account information is safe?
Why do only those people who have more money in their accounts and does more transactions get calls from credit card companies or credit departments?
These are all third party companies, so how do they get someone's account information?
This is just for limitation so that no person can spend more than his limit. Because it is often seen that people start spending money indiscriminately on gambling when they start losing or winning.
According to me, just knowing the bank balance is not an issue.
you didn't directly say but what you said was implying it bud.
I still find this pointless bro. people can create multiple accounts and use other peoples id if kyc is needed. Also something similar to gambling is rolling gatches on games. If someone is addicted to video games and spends money on gatchas and rerolling for legendary skins are we going to limit them when it's their money. Maybe people seek joy and adrenaline from gambling. They pay for that euphoric feeling of winning a lot or losing a lot. I don't think setting a credit limit is a good idea if it was it would've already been done years ago
Yes. They are legally regulated to protect our data bro.
Obviously to check for fraud if activity seems suspicious.
You have to go to the root of the problem bro. None of your solutions are the root of the problem. Why do people need to gamble?? Why are poor people gambling more they can afford?. If they weren't poor would they still gamble?
There's better ways to tackle this issue. One is education and two is to make sure people have more money so they don't feel like they need to "get rich quick". Education will naturally help people make more $$ and wiser decisions
