Lol... They are all in the same hospital. In public hospitals, every field of medicine has their section. That's why many of them are very big, some can even be as big as a small university.
However, in a private hospital, many of them don't have the funds to hire them all, so they outsource. They allow such doctors to set up shop in their hospital (after some agreement I presume) and they refer all issues regarding that field to the specific doctor.

That's why you can go to a regular hospital and be treated for your eyes or even your teeth😬

o.o didnt know that. is that just something in your own country? cause here they actually have their own shop/clinic you can visit and as far as i know

I guess different countries have different methods.
However, there are those here who choose to practice on their own. They get their license and open up shop to cater to their specific field. The thing is that it can be really expensive to maintain and not everyone would be flush enough.
This is why many of them prefer to attach themselves to a hospital.

I see. that makes sense then. I learned something new. Then these hospitals have to be quite big to be able to support all these different sections and not just those patients that are actually needed to be in the hospital for emergency situations or really bad illness like cancer etc x.x

It's mostly public hospitals that are big enough for this. Since they're all paid by the government, then funding shouldn't be an issue. Sadly though, it's not uncommon for them to owe our doctors salaries.

oh ya cuz its paid to the hospital. so u mean like they jus thave to wait to get paid? @_@ i guess thats the downside of not owning ur own space. how long would that be tho to owe months? that would be horrible

Horrible indeed... If you know the number of strike actions my country faces each year... This is just what we see every day...😪
