During my teenage years I was too book headed and spiritually inclined to think about a boy or love.

and I was having having fun knowing I have some guys am close to but we were not in a relationship, you may want to call that flirting but I don't know if that word fit in here.

I don't think you were in love sha, you won't be uncertain about it when it happens. What you felt is just a reaction of losing something you thought was yours even if you didn't like it much.
