In our garden we have a plant with a beautiful "wild flower". He has been at home for around 17 years. My mother planted it. It appears and blooms during the annual rainy season and when the rains stop it disappears until the following year.
For us it was simply "mountain" or "weeds", until around five years ago Marvelis, an agronomist friend of my sister @petronila, came to visit us. She informed us that the plant is a "yellow ground orchid." He also told us that there are 25,000 species of orchids, making it the largest botanical family.
I share with you photos of this beautiful orchid of tiny size.
En nuestro jardín tenemos una planta con una bonita "florecilla silvestre". Tiene en casa alrededor de 17 años. La plantó mi madre. Aparece y florece durante la temporada anual de lluvias y cuando cesan las lluvias desaparece hasta el año siguiente.
Para nosotras era simplemente "monte" o "yuyos", hasta que hace alrededor de cinco años nos vino a visitar Marvelis, ingeniero agrónomo amiga de mi hermana @petronila. Ella nos informó que la planta es una "orquídea amarilla de tierra". También nos dijo que existen 25,000 especies de orquídeas, lo que la hace ser la familia botánica más numerosa.
