In this weeks episode of Social Confoes @diegoameerali and I got the opportunity to speak with Weightlifting Champion and Motivational Speaker Vishant Poeran.
After the quick fire questions we elaborated on Sugar vs. Salt, which ended up being segment on health, eating habits and health goals.
This video is part of my extended participation in the I Am Alive Challenge, with the goal to upload 300 videos on 3 Speak in 2021.

I have figured out that if I just allow myself to have whatever I want as far as sugar or salt I don't crave it near as much as if I try to deprive myself. As far as physical activity, I know I need to get better at moving more through the day.

tokens.That's an interesting discussion on salt and sugar, besides others.
Both of them are good and both of them are bad (for some people). If you are a hypertensive people (with high blood pressure), you have to say no to added/extra salt. Similarly, if you are a diabetic, sugar is a no for you.
There is one misconception. People think if someone eats more sugar, he will turn into a diabetic. That's not the rule. If your insulin works properly, eating sugar is not a problem. However, if you become diabetic due to other factors, you can't eat sugar excessively.
