I am no longer that fit

yes, raising a child is very tiring, and it consume most of your energy. But be proud that you are taking a very good of care of Caleb, maybe when he grow older both of you can exercise together.
hmmm just a few more years, you will be forced to exercise just by chasing him around. !LOLZ !LUV
