Finally we have real summer weather and we can go for long walks. Usually I go to parks more, take pictures of birds. But I've posted them here before. For walks on Wednesdays, I chose a more difficult route.
Just 5 minutes walk from my house and I get to Pobedy Boulevard.
In the photo above, I cross the street named after the writer Saltykov-Shchedrin and in front of me is Pobedy Boulevard.
I had already walked some distance and looked back to show the beginning of the boulevard just behind the fountain.
This is a walking boulevard. You can go and take pictures without fear of traffic. This name of the boulevard appeared in 1982. It used to be called School Lane.
And until 1929, this lane was called Institute. Its beginning was designated from the institute of noble maidens. Therefore, in the old days there was such a name. The boulevard is not big. But I like him.
The buildings are also different. Low-rise old houses and high-rise buildings. Not the best urban area.
This place is dear to me because my first place of work after graduating from the institute is located on the boulevard.
This high-rise building houses the municipal regional hospital. The healthcare sector - I remember my first job with great respect and warmth. I worked there as an economist. At that time, this high-rise building had not yet been built.
I worked many years ago in this modest white building, which is pictured on the right.
Now this service has moved to another building. Located in this beautiful red building. Here is the main polyclinic of our region and the administrative apparatus of the hospital.
The boulevard is modestly decorated with plants. Mostly powerful chestnut trees grow on the boulevard. But there are medium-sized plantations, various small shrubs.
Cones on coniferous trees in summer always cause tenderness.
There are many different maples growing in our city. And there are maples on this boulevard too. I love these trees.
Victory Boulevard is left behind.
And I turn right, onto the street named after the great Russian writer N.S. Leskov. This writer was born in our region. And our residents honor his name.
This is a modest street. Previously, there was a large industrial enterprise. And now there are shopping malls.
Surprisingly, I met this tit on the city street. I love birds. I can't pass by indifferently.
And of course, I can't get past the flowers.
Say goodbye to city streets. Finally, I want to touch nature.
There are two rivers in our city. On one of them I saw this cute duck family.
One of the rivers in the photo above. She is seen in the distance. This river is called Oka. I'm standing on high ground.
This duck decided to take a break from the water. Went ashore on the green grass.
And the grown chicks are also not averse to getting out of the water. Basking in the sun.
The barberry is still in bloom. This shrub bears fruit in autumn, so it lingered in summer with flowering.
A lone flower caught along the way.
I also met this cute dog.
And so I came across a prickly hedgehog, but more modest than the one I met a week ago.
Summer is a wonderful time of the year. There are so many beautiful things everywhere that one post will not fit.

Ну прям всё есть на этой прогулке. :) И утки с малышами и дома и ёжик.
Я ходила в этот день больше 3-х часов. Речка близко от дома. Ежика вечером накануне встретила, тоже вблизи от дома. У нас такой центр города - и дома, и природа рядом, две реки протекают.
