That is to bad indeed… normally those sled dogs are very good listeners. They have to be.
Or they haven’t gone for a longgg time so they could have been over excited.

They were definitely over excited. Their genetic memory was probably kicking in as they are bred to be sled dogs. It can be a process to train dogs to focus their energy on a task.
Yes, I can imagine that it is quite a process to do train them
