Yes, 40, that's what we used to get here in Melbourne in summer, but the last few years it's only gone up to about 38 at the highest I think.

But we are way down south of Australia so up north in QLD would get up to 40 easy, much much more humid up there though, but you're right, in that situation it's a tough decision.

Bangladesh's weather can indeed be intense. With temperatures often soaring above 40°C in summer, it's a tough call on how to beat the heat.
This is in 29 years we reached so high temperature!
