There's actually a real and healthy benefit from walking in the sand but you have to ba barefoot. It is actually called "grounding" and they said it's proven to cure any illness because of the vibration of nature under. Maybe this also explain why our elders like to walking in the sea waters whenever their rheumatism attacks. They feel better afterwards. Another beautiful thing from walking near the sea is the "blue effect" color theory they are saying that it can make you feel better and it ease anxiety. Well I totally believe that being in the sea can give you calm feeling so overall you feel better.

After reading your blog, it makes me want to visit sea and glean seashells to eat at the dinner. Thank you for sharing this blog.

Yes, exactly. It's being present and letting go of anything at the moment. That's mindfulness.
