Ya we will need an artist oracle witness account that maybe has a discord where the artist can go join to prove its really them. Maybe post a code on their art gallery website or instagram in a sort of @share2steem style system

Its more fun to come up with these ideas than actually execute them especially since most dapps on hive just die out and nothing really lasts except for basic hive blog posts and art work .. barebones hive posts ... the wallet is you

I don't thing you can monetize someone else's artwork randomly even if you escrow it like that. Really cool idea though. Maybe you could review people's artwork on some front end then put THAT payout in escrow for the artist.

Imagine all the people who will gladly make money off othere art and never pay them even when they have some sort of "legal" deal

Blockchain is going to help these artists finally get residual payments and royalties even if they are dragged to the bank kicking and screaming
