RE: Spread some art on the soul

Random gifts at random times are the best kind to give, and receive. It's like receiving a random hand written letter nowadays. In a world with emails and texts, a hand written letter goes a long way to make a person feel special. I like the pot that you painted. It looks really great!

Now you have made me think about the last time I have wrote a hand written letter to someone. It has been a while. I love to write on the first cover of the books I give as gifts, I even put the month and the year and write a cute declaration. I think that years from now it will be nice to open that book and remember....
I actually have a sort of nostalgy when it comes to letters. I often wanted to exchange with someone letters but few modern men even engage in such a thing. It is considered cheesy or just not modern. I find it romantic and beautiful....
With technology one can send a message and see the data is on. It gives the illusion that the person is an easy reach. It is impersonal. I prefer face to face interactions rather than a meme or a voice message. It feels more genuine.
In a letter you know that the person poured their heart out, that they have taken the time to write....I remember spritzing perfume on the hand written letters I have given to men in the past. Cheesy maybe, but if I would have the occasion today I would do it all over again.
I would find a man who is willing to write love letters in 2021 as a freaking awesome person. It is rare.
