That is pretty awesome. I like the idea. I don't usually answer calls unless I know the number. That's how I deal with stuff like that. I know too many people who have been scammed though, it is sad.

Yeah, my phone warns of spam (reported numbers) and I never answer them The call I mention here was a mobile number and I'm in a situation right now where I have to answer them, hence me doing so. (I'm waiting for an important call and don't know the number it'll come from.) Anyway, I hope that crazy fucker that wanted to take me to hell, and all her little buddies, have eardrums made of adamantium, because my whistle is going to explode them if they don't.
Ah, okay, that makes sense. I get that way on my office phone sometimes. I never know if it is an unwanted vendor or a legitimate call. Makes it hard to know when to pick up.
On my work phone I answer everything, it's a responsibility thing. My personal phone is usually on flightmode or silent, or just left home, unless (like now) I'm expecting calls.
I figure, if it's important people will leave a message and if they don't, I don't need to worry about it. Even my friends, if people call and don't leave a message I never call back. If it was important they would voicemail or text.
My phone is for my convenience, not for the convenience of other people. I'm not a slave to it.
That is cool. I'm selective about who I talk to at work. Most of the time it is vendors or unimportant things that people think should monopolize my time.
