I was on a creative trip, and now let's return to our vital topic of the Constitution of Ukraine. You were not surprised by today's topic: Masters and servants? Then we will open Article 5 of the Constitution.
Ukraine is a republic.
The bearer of sovereignty and the only source of power in Ukraine is the people. The people exercise power directly and through state authorities and local governments.
The right to determine and change the constitutional order in Ukraine belongs exclusively to the people and cannot be usurped by the state, its bodies or officials.
No one can usurp state power.
Do you see who are the masters and who are the servants?
The owners are you and me, the people and the people of Ukraine!
And servants are bodies of state power through which we, the people, manage state institutions. In English, the Minister is a minister! The ministry is appointed to serve. The Ministry in a particular area must meet the needs of man and citizen in this area. And the Ministries are financed from the state budget by taxpayers. Therefore, Masters, demand that the servants perform their duties in full. You have already paid everything out of your own pocket !!! Demand, demand, demand, not be silent !!! This is the best thing you can do to improve your life and well-being. Instead of then quietly grumbling in their kitchen, or spitting in righteous anger on TV screens showing deputies of the Verkhovna Rada, civil servants of Ministries and departments, the judiciary. Do not be silent, but demand! The most terrible crimes in the world are committed with the tacit consent of good and decent people !!! Therefore, when these demands are not isolated, but thousands - you will definitely be heard by those who should hear, and who seem to you now so distant and unattainable. And to make it clear even to the average Ukrainian, the party was called "SERVANT OF THE PEOPLE." They are already shouting at every step, and in the media - demand from us, and do not go to work in the European Union, but in vain. Article 5 of the Constitution clearly states this. Do not believe - check yourself, and the best check is your action !!!

Я був у творчій поїздці, а тепер знову повернемось до нашої животрепетної теми щодо Конституції України. Вас не здивувала сьогоднішня тема: Господарі та слуги? Тоді відкриємо статтю 5 Конституції.
Україна є республікою.
Носієм суверенітету і єдиним джерелом влади в Україні є народ. Народ здійснює владу безпосередньо і через органи державної влади та органи місцевого самоврядування.
Право визначати і змінювати конституційний лад в Україні належить виключно народові і не може бути узурповане державою, її органами або посадовими особами.
Ніхто не може узурпувати державну владу.
Ось бачите, хто господарі, а хто слуги?
Господарі це ми з вами, люди і народ України!
А слуги — це органи державної влади, через які ми, люди, здійснюємо керування державними інституціями. В англійській мові Міністр — служитель! Міністерство призначене служити. Міністерство у певній галузі повинно задовольняти потреби людини та громадянина у даній сфері. І фінансуються Міністерства із бюджету держави коштами платників податків. Тому Господарі, вимагайте у слуг виконання їх посадових обов'язків в повній мірі. Ви вже і так все сплатили зі своєї кишені!!! Вимагайте, вимагайте, вимагайте, а не мовчіть!!! Це найкраще, що ви можете зробити, щоб покращити своє життя та добробут. Замість того щоб потім тихенько роптати на своїй кухні, або в праведному гніві плювати на екрани телевізорів, на яких показують депутатів Верховної Ради, державних службовців Міністерств і відомств, судову владу. Не мовчіть, а вимагайте! Найстрашніші злочини в світі зроблені з мовчазної згоди добрих і порядних людей!!! Тому, коли ці вимоги будуть не поодинокі, а тисячі — вас обов'язково почують ті хто має почути, і які здаються вам зараз такими далекими та недосяжними. І щоб було зрозуміло навіть пересічному українцю - партію назвали "СЛУГА НАРОДУ". Вони вже кричать на кожному кроці, та у засобах масової інформації - вимагайте з нас, а не їдьте на заробітки до Євросоюзу, та поки що дарма. У статті 5 Конституції це все чітко зазначено. Не вірите — перевірте самі, а краща перевірка — це ваша дія!!!
