In the sand I engrave my footsteps,
but the sea erases them with affection,
kissing footprints with great respect,
as if they were tender embraces.
Life moves forward without stopping,
blurring everything in its path,
in the waters of time I embrace
what can no longer be retained.
Before me new directions stretch out,
more shores to explore,
horizons that invite me to dream,
awakening in me new thresholds.
