Siento que este tipo de práctica engaña al cerebro, haciéndolo vivir la experiencia como si en verdad estuviese ocurriendo
Por fin lo estoy probando mi sueño hecho realidad, entro en mi viaje virtual casi de inmediato me veo volando como un ave siento la brisa en mi cara, siento ráfagas de viento chocan contra mi cuerpo el paisaje es hermoso desde esta altura, la libertad en este cielo inmenso, me inspira sigo subiendo más alto por encima de las nubes, quiero explorar. Siempre me pregunté que había detras
de las nubes? aprovecharé está oportunidad para hacerlo, mi cuerpo se siente ligero,agarró un impulso veo una luz tricolor y algo que no logro distinguir trato de acercarme más ... cuando de repente algo me hala, pierdo el control.Oh nooo,voy en descenso ?que paso? mi corazón pulsa muy rápido, voy descendiendo sin remedio, pido auxilio, pero nadie está en mi entorno. Grito muy fuerte y alguien me quita las gafas. Que susto!!! se siente tan real que pensé que en realidad iba a morir.
