No Dreams for Demons

Screaming through the night, I could not pierce the darkness.

Ever shifting shapes, through time and space, it taunted. Dauntless, haunted.

"Stop! Stop, I cannot take this anymore" I said, as I lie awake in bed unmoving.

Feebly entreated the demon ceases.

"You'll have a hard time killin me, I'm just an old man without any dreams......"
