So this is one of the neighborhood cats. Does it have a home, I don't think so. I see this cat hanging out in my yards too and sometimes under my cars.
I don't mind the neighborhood cast as they, might eat rats and mice. I would think they do as I don't feed them, but there are squirrels, mice and rats in the area that will make a good meal.
So why is the cat on the roof? I think the cat wants the higher ground. This way it can spot out its enemies.
I know that face to face if my cat seen this cat, she would fight, but then my cat always likes to fight. I think my cat is too old to fight, but what do I know?
Any dangers of being on the roof? Well, if one would lose his or her footing then one might fall, but being a cat, I am sure the cat will land on all fours and be ok. Well, that is what I think anyway.
About cats, I am here feeding my mom's cats as she is staying with my sister for the time being. So I come here about noon time and again about 10pm at night. So that my mom's feral cats get two meals a day, like when my mom was here.
Just my brother stays here now, for the time being. Who knows maybe my mom will return to this place. You know I used to drive my mom all around the town, to the bank, to Kaiser for appointments and medicine and to the grocery store.
I used to like telling her jokes and stuff I learned, well, I guess I can tell you out there in Hive-land.
I keep a laptop here at my brother's and mom's place, as my own place has weird internet, that works at night, but in the daytime it doesn't work.
I think it is that they are trying to improve the internet infrastructure to go all fiber. I am with AT&T uverse. I hope they get done with whatever they are doing so I can have a more stable internet. Well, at least I can come here and write if I want to write in the daytime.
It seems my internet goes down at 8am in the morning and comes back about 5pm in the evening.
So here I am writing were my brother lives, with a laptop that I bought just for being at my brother's place. I really hate the keyboard of the laptop so I got one of the keyboards at my home and brought it here. I have lots of keyboards at my place.
I also brought here a regular mouse as I can't stand the laptop mouse. I even have headphones as my brother likes playing the radio really loud. I don't mind it too much as my brother likes Christian radio stations now days.
Here is my setup at the dinner table of this place. Of course I put all this away in my laptop bag and put it on one of the chairs at the dinner table when I am done using my laptop.
I like my tower setup at my place, but this is good for this place.
So the cat is on the roof. I think it is safe where it is at, though when I took that picture of the cat on the roof, it looked like the cat was afraid of me, like I was going to climb my neighbors roof to get that cat, but I won't do that.
