Ohhh... I'm trying to put in the work this year. Haha.
I've been going out for 2 hours walk since last week and my legs are on fire. Yet, I keep going and I add some indoor sit-up and pushup before washing up, after each 2 hours walk.
It feels good and I would like to do this for the most part of the year and see how things will turn out.
This can only go in the right direction.
Last year, I spent a lot of time sitting down. This year, I'll be concentrating on walking and hiking.
I've had periods when I liked to run. But it took too much effort to get going, so I gave up quickly.
I think I can make hiking my first physical activity of the new year. And what's more, I could share my adventures on Hive, which would be a great motivator!
