Halfway through already

Winter is right at the corner and the Fall Semester is halfway gone. These 7 weeks have been nothing short of the usual. Bulk of class work including assignments, projects, tests, exercises, labs etc. As usual, one always needs to find that motivation and the necessary time management skills to maneuver through the Semester. It's not easy at all but that's the way it is. Nothing good they say comes easy in life.

To top it all, there will always be those classes where it is so difficult to flow with the professor. In such classes, you just find yourself pushing through just to make it no matter what the grade is. Luckily for me, I am in a good place with all professors this Semester and that is always good because that gets me engaged in the class at least and try to do the work as well.

This is my last Semester to complete my program and I really want to finish it in good standing and with good grades as well. I am equally looking forward to landing a Co-op placement for the winter term. I will need credit for that in order to graduate. So far, I have applied to a few positions but no replies yet. I am hoping to land something soon enough. It is always exciting to apply all that theory learned in class in a practical real world setting. It just makes a lot of sense when you are actually using it to do something than just sitting there and watiching the lecturer go on for hours and hours with no hands-on application or demonstration.

I really enjoyed my last work term with Autotrader.ca. It was a wonderful time working in an amazing team with everyone always ready to help out and answer any arising questions. It was fun and for the first time in my life, I was actually excited to get up and go to work. I loved it and was really happy at work every day. It was sad when it came to an end but all things do right. I will for sure love to work there again one day. The atmosphere and working environment is remarkable. It is a good place to learn and grow.
