💎A Argenis ,@marabuzal, lo conocí hace unos 4 o 5 años a través de las redes. Es una de esas personas que no necesitas ver ni abrazar para que te hagan sentir bien. Su mirada es limpia, su palabra firme y su verso y su prosa de una exquisitez singular. Tiene un poder de creación excepcional y un sentido del humor muy refinado. Su sonrisa es dulce y su carcajada contagiosa. Es un escritor prolífero e incansable, he tenido el privilegio de leer varias de sus obras y todas han sido un excelente entretenimiento y fuente de sabiduría y conocimiento para mí. Argenis prefiere la vida del campo, rodeado del verde de la naturaleza,del aire fresco y del Marabú, al bullicio de la ciudad. Allí encuentra la paz y la tranquilidad que necesita para su creaciones.
En fin, siento gran orgullo de tenerlo dentro del círculo de mis amigos, su presencia ha traído gran alegría a mi vida. Hoy supe que su cuento "Buscando a Mónica ", fue merecedor del "PREMIO DE CUENTO HACEDOR", convocado por El proyecto socio-cultural Libros de Uso Jiguaní y el Grupo de Narrativa Hacedor, con el apoyo de Gráfica Espiral y la Casa Municipal de Cultura de Jiguaní.. ¡¡¡ MUCHAS FELICIDADES PARA ÉL Y TODO EL ÉXITO DEL MUNDO, SE LO MERECE!!! 😘🌹🙏👏👏👏.

💎Argenis Osorio (1970, Doña Juana de San Ramón, Manzanillo, Cuba). Narrador y Guionista. Egresado del Centro Onelio en 2000. En 2013 ganó Mención en el Concurso Iberoamericano de Cuento “Julio Cortázar”. En 2015 ganó el Premio Ciudad del Che, convocado por la UNEAC en Santa Clara.
Ha publicado: «Convite de Cenizas», (Ediciones Santiago, cuento, Santiago de Cuba, 2002), «Tras la piel» (Ediciones Santiago, cuento, Santiago de Cuba, 2004), «En este lado de la muerte» (Editorial Capiro, cuento, Santa Clara, 2014), «El orden natural de las cosas» (Editorial, Sociedarte, novela, Santo Domingo, República Dominicana, 2015), «La Sangre del Marabú, Editorial Primigenios, novela, Estados Unidos, 2020», «La Sexta Caballería de Kansas» (Ediciones Matanzas, cuento, 2024), «La Nada Infinita, Ediciones Al Abra, novela, Nueva Gerona, 2024).
Ha integrado diversas antologías en Cuba y el extranjero. Tiene inéditas las novelas: «Prohibido morir en La Habana» (novela, 2006), y «El círculo musical del infierno» (novela, 2015).

In short, I feel immense pride to have him in my circle of friends. His presence has brought great joy to my life. Today, I learned that his short story “Buscando a Mónica” (“Looking for Monica”) earned the Hacedor Short Story Award, presented by the socio-cultural project Libros de Uso Jiguaní and the Hacedor Narrative Group, with support from Gráfica Espiral and the Municipal Cultural Center of Jiguaní. CONGRATULATIONS TO HIM AND ALL THE SUCCESS IN THE WORLD—HE DESERVES IT! 😘🌹🙏👏👏👏. Below, I’m sharing a brief literary bio of him.💎 I met Argenis,@marabuzal, about 4 or 5 years ago through social media. He’s one of those people you don’t need to see or hug to feel uplifted by. His gaze is clear, his words are firm, and his poetry and prose are of singular exquisiteness. He possesses exceptional creative power and a highly refined sense of humor. His smile is sweet, and his laughter is contagious. He’s a prolific and tireless writer. I’ve had the privilege of reading several of his works, and all have been excellent sources of entertainment, wisdom, and knowledge for me. Argenis prefers life in the countryside, surrounded by nature’s greenery, fresh air, and marabou trees, rather than the city’s hustle and bustle. There, he finds the peace and tranquility he needs for his creations.
