There are times that what we wanna do is to fake a smile and pretend that everything is okay but its the opposite in reality. I happen to make a rhyme while I am in an insomniac mood😊 last night.

Awake in the middle of the night
listening to the gentle rain outside
making rhymes in the dark
jotting down what comes in my mind..
Putting on a smile
laughing for a while
pretending to be tough
when dying deep inside
Unbearable pain
crying with the rain
left out and alone
trying to be strong
Hoping this hurt would end
be carried away with the wind
may this storm will be over
from this wound I'll recover.
Anxiety, one reason why there are people who chose to dwell to self hibernation, feeling solace in being alone but later lead to being depressed. Depression is a common cause why some people resort in taking their own life, God forbid🙏. It couldn't be understood especially when we notice that in some instances it is being commited by young people whom we see no reason to do it. Mental Health awareness, we often hear about it most especially these times that suicides and suicides attempts is so rampant. Why would a person intend to kill her or himself? What could be their heavy load that they couldn't bear to see another morning coming. Whatever problems we may have, difficulties we might encounter, it's a challenge of life. Always remember we can reach out to the people around us, Nobody is alone. We could always talk to other peoole. I believe there will always be someone who could listen. There's God if ever no one seems to be available. There is always God who will hear your agonies, pains and anxities. Just reach out for God above all loves us unconditionally.
