I was looking around Hive to spark some conversation and engagement and that's when I stumbled upon this cool trend:
https://ecency.com/hive-161155/@freewritehouse/a-picture-is-worth-a-thousand-words-3
It's a freewriting challenge with a simple prompt: tell a story of what you see on the picture, I'm paraphrasing here.
So here's what I see on this picture.
It's a photo of three persons, 2 ladies and a guy, seated in a row in front of a yellow-painted wall. The guy who was seated on the right looks like having a conversation with the girl on the left while the girl in the middle looks ahead.
Looking at it nakes me feel bittersweet because aside from that I can see a story.
I see a complicated yet relatable story of friendship, betrayal, romance, and sacrifice.
I'd like to think that the man and the lady in the middle are a married couple. The lady on the left is their lifelong bestfriend.
But it's more than that. The lady on the left used to go out with the guy. They were soul mates. They were lovers but they just couldn't work even though they seemed to be perfect for each other.
And when they decided that they were better off as friends, their other friend, the lady in the middle, swooped in and got together with the guy. The girl in the middle and the guy clicked until they got married with the blessing and the support of the lady in the left.
But through the years that they were together, they of course suffer through misunderstandings and fights, like most couple do.
And through those tough times, the lady on the left is there to help them meet eye-to-eye.
This is one of those times wherein the friend has to step in. But this time, it's different. The lady in the middle is contemplating if it's still worth it to continue the relationship for three.
Mmm...this is really a deep perspective to the picture...I like it
For real? Thanks. :)
