To the one who without warning
kindles the flame of hope
in the gloom of my existence.
To the one who with his presence steals my breaths
And floods my nights with sublime reveries.
To whom do I sing these love verses?
Not to the first nor the last of my thoughts,
but to the one who is present in every heartbeat,
whispering incessantly through my veins,
accompanying the constant flow of my time.
