"This tea is hot - the tea is hot" - a man with a thin throat is shouting - a huge cup of tea in his hand - screaming in front of Mr. Fahim for three minutes. Every time he goes in front of Fahim Saheb, Fahim Saheb gets annoyed - but the tea waller doesn't flinch. Fahim Saheb is one of the few passengers in the waiting area of Laksam railway station tonight. One hawker after another is coming towards Fahim Saheb again and again for wearing suit boots. He has given everyone back. His mother fed him. And he told her not to eat any street food. And he can never talk about his mother.
"This egg - egg egg - boiled egg" - a small child came and put the basket of eggs in front of Mr. Fahim and said - "Sir take an egg - I will feel much better - eat? Dimu? Chuila? ” He took an egg and started chola. Mr. Fahim is frowning at the boy with the eggs. Then he raised his throat a little and said-
“Did I tell you to break the egg? Why did you break the egg? ” The boy gritted his yellow teeth and smiled and said, "Sir, I give you eight taha kaira to everyone. Saying that, he took the egg on a piece of paper, divided it with a spoon and sprinkled salt in the hands of Mr. Fahim.
His head began to burn with anger. But after reading a little, he controlled himself and said- no, I will not eat. You say goodbye with money. He gave the boy a note of ten rupees from his wallet. The boy took the note and left the egg on the bench next to Mr. Fahim and left. Seeing the boy leave, his head began to burn with anger. But he muttered something in his mind and said again, who was staring at the train line.
Mr. Fahim lives in Dhaka. Rent a flat alone. He is a lawyer in the Dhaka High Court. Mother lives in Fulgram of Laksam. He wanted to bring his mother to Dhaka with him - but his mother never agreed to leave his grave. She never left her husband's grave. So today he is not going with Mr. Fahim. He was sent to the house of Professor Akmal in Sunamganj. Mr. Fahim's marriage to Professor Akmal's daughter has been going on for two weeks. At the end, Akmal Saheb called Fahim Saheb's family to see the girl. But Mr. Fahim's mother did not agree to go. So in the end Mr. Fahim has to go alone to get married. He has no brothers or sisters to go with him. So on this winter night alone, he has bought a ticket and is waiting on the platform for the Dhaka-Sylhet train.
"Sir, sir, take the paper - take the paper - hot news - funny funny news" - a boy of 18-19 years came in front of him and started checking the monthly magazine. He turned his face away. He fell asleep on the way. This colorful magazine never attracted him. He reads more and more daily newspapers. But the boy is a stubborn servant. He will sell the paper and leave. Unable to sell at the end, he grabbed a book with a nude picture and danced in front of Fahim's eyes and said, "Sir, you see - how many hot things will you take?" There are better things, sir. ” He gritted his teeth and touched his hand. This time Fahim Saheb widened his eyes and looked in such a way that the boy almost escaped.
And after a minute the train came. He was sitting in a seat in front of the ‘T’ bogie. The "T" bogie came and stopped in front of him. He came and got on the train. The old woman followed him and got up. Their seats are in the same carriage. And as usual there are no more people in that carriage.
Sitting on the seat, Mr. Fahim decided to put the book in the bag and fall asleep. As he was packing his book bag and going to the bag, the madman sitting in the station master's room started shouting at Fahim Saheb through the window from outside his bogie.
“You don't go on this train. This train is not for you. I'll give it to you last. You don't go - it will be a misfortune - a great misfortune "
He left the train shouting. Fahim Saheb thought he was crazy and smiled and tried to sleep with the bag on his head. By then the speed of the train had crossed Laksam station.
But with a humming sound, Mr. Fahim woke up. He raised his voice and looked outside and saw that his bogie was stopped. The train is not running. There was a loud noise in the wind all around. This sound woke him up. He got up and went to the exit gate. He opened the gate with great difficulty and saw that his heart beat increased several times. He saw that there was no bogie on either side of his bogie. He may not have noticed - that he got into the last bogie. And on the way somehow the connection of the main train with his bogie was broken. He got tired of thinking. No one around. Sunsan silence. There is no one even in the carriage. In an empty space all around, he was alone in a train carriage - the left side of his neck began to ache at the thought. He had high blood pressure for several years. He did not understand what he was going to do. Nothing but the sky above his head he could not notice well. Can't even sit in the carriage. Dark bogie- storm outside. And suddenly the storm stopped.
This time he was really scared. And just then a word came out. The sound came from the back of the buggy. From the opposite side of where he is standing. He tried to notice well. He saw the old woman wearing the veil coming and standing in front of him. And grabbed her by the throat with great force.
In one fell swoop he woke up. He had been dreaming for so long. He was asleep with the book on his lap. Hearing that noise around, he got some strength in his body. Then he saw the Sylhet-bound train standing in front of him. His bogie number is "T".
He sat up in his carriage without delay. As he was packing his things, he heard a scream outside. Where did a madman come from and start shouting-
“You don't go on this train. This train is not for you. I'll give it to you last. You don't go - it will be a misfortune - a great misfortune "
He left the train to meet his dream. He thought he would get up and ask Pagli. But as he left the train, he could not say anything to Pagli. He came and sat down in his seat and suddenly noticed that the whole carriage was empty - but at the very end someone was sitting with a twist and he got a seat in the last carriage. There is no other bogie after his bogie.
