En los últimos 20 años los gimnasios se han convertido en las iglesias de la modernidad. Las personas han conseguido tranquilada y equilibrio en sus vida cuando se congregan en estos templos. Aquí no solo consiguen un credo el cual les indica cómo deben comer, andar, vivir sino que se sienten parte de una comunidad fitness que cada día crece más.
Al igual que sucede con las otras iglesias, existen charlatanes, abusadores y personas que no respetan a su propio negocio.
Creo que con el transcurrir de los próximos años surgirán nuevas iglesias, nuevas creencias, ya que la humanidad siempre estará en búsqueda de su paz espiritual.
