with your scent that escapes in the mist,
awakens the day, my whole heart
in search of your shadow that assumes itself.
Your illusion was lost in an "I love you",
was drawn in the moons of my nights,
butterfly that caresses me and I wait,
in every whisper that, to you, I squander.
Where are you, beloved, that the wind brings
your sweetest essence, your breath?
In a corner of the soul there is always,
a lighted beacon that keeps my time.
