Here is my heart,
I give it as a pledge,
to those who do not know how to love,
who may never learn.
Here is my heart
waiting for life,
just a little illusion,
to heal a wound.
There are ungrateful hearts
that wander quietly,
leaving broken hearts,
and sadness in the mind.
There are beautiful hearts,
that it gives joy to know them,
that teach us love,
with their joyful sleeplessness.
That's why I'm looking for a heart
That knows how to love and forget,
that life is so short
that it may soon be over.
