There's an imposter on the throne. Is this inspired by American politics? The imposter being Musk. We're all imposters. But yeah he's a big one. Imposter as in...the president should be someone who actually cares about the good of the least of us, not someone like Trump who's a puppet for Musk. When exactly did that happen, anyway? And RFK...all these awful men, wielding their awful power in ways that harm people all around the world. The US has been harming people all around the world for as long as it's existed.
Hum dum dum dum. I yi yi yi. I don't seem to feel as much existential dread as others, but when I talk to people who feel it, I feel kinda bad that I don't feel it more. Maybe it's because I've been feeling existential dread for a long ass time. It's not exactly that now isn't worse, it's just that it seems like the logical progression for how things have been going. I've felt, for a long time, that things in the US will have to get much much worse for more people to really try to make things better in any sort of substantial way.
