I believed in love and shone like the sun,
my laughter danced in every corner,
the moon looked on, witness on the skin,
the breeze whispered promises of honey.

But one day the shadow came without warning,
in a blanket of cold, covering the spell,
the echoes of love became whispers,
and in the gloom, I lost my whispers.

The dark night embraced my path,
I was no longer the sun; I became a traveller
in search of lights to illuminate my being,
but the cold embraces me, and I don't know what to do.
