I see it's winter season,and in the midst of the snow are beautiful flowers that have adapted to bloom in such cold and calm environment. Not even the weeds surrounding them can suppress them from growing. The sun is shining brightly upon them giving a warm glow.
Eva's journey as an intern at a pension firm she had always wanted to work with was challenging when she started. Despite her enthusiasm, she faced an unwelcoming environment.
Her colleagues giving her loads of work and assigning her to run errands which weren't work related were the top of it. Yet she endured, handling each task with diligence.
With time passed her work and dedication began to pay off and transform her surrounding.
Gradually Eva's colleagues started to appreciate her work ethic and warm personality and soon they were offering to guide her.
Her once cold environment had changed into a caring and warm space. As she looked out the window watching as it's snowing gently, she smiled knowing that she has adapted to bloom in her own winter season.

STOPShort but weighty... We were not created to give up in unwanted circumstances. Even at our childbirth, mothers had to keep pushing. It's good to know that Eva never gave up, it's also good to see the bloom of the flowers even during winter.
That's why it's called BREAK-THROUGH. there is no breaking without forcefully exactly pressure on a barrier.
