Morning Thoughts: Never Sympathize With The Mediocre

"He which is was wished until he was." – Shakespeare

Most people are not victims of fate—they are prisoners of their own stories. They repeat their delusions so often that fiction becomes reality. Every thought gains momentum; if nurtured long enough, it becomes an internal truth that shapes perception.

I know people who thrive on misery. They walk into a room, silently begging for someone to ask, “What’s wrong?” If no one does, they resort to theatrics—subtle signals of distress. Ignore them, and suddenly, you’re the villain: a sociopath, a narcissist, a monster. Convenient labels to justify their emotional dependence.

Here’s the truth: Your self-inflicted misery is not other people’s burden to bear.

Eventually, the world catches on. People see the pattern. You are not suffering—you are performing. Exaggeration becomes your currency in a desperate bid for validation. To those individuals, I have a simple message: Go kindly f** yourself.*

Be sick if you wish. Stay stagnant if you choose. But do not drag others down with you.

Words, thoughts, visions, and emotions are channels of power. If that concept escapes you, step aside. The world owes you nothing.

A surgeon doesn’t pity dead tissue; he removes it without hesitation. Apply the same principle to people whose minds are rotting with mediocrity, dragging you into their decay.

I don’t care who you are—brother, sister, friend, or even mother. If your presence weakens me and pollutes my mind with self-inflicted trivialities, I will cut you off without hesitation, without remorse, because poverty is the result of poor dietary choices. A man's future is shaped by what he consumes—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Most people are drowning in junk. Poor nutrition, mindless entertainment, and shallow thinking create a cycle of poverty.

Breakthroughs don’t come from sheer willpower alone—they require inspiration, even divine insight. But a cluttered mind cannot receive wisdom. The mind is not a machine that generates brilliance on demand. Many believe that relentless thinking will produce genius. It won’t. The truth is, most people function only slightly above primates. You cannot simply think your way out of Egypt.

Before you build an empire, restore your health. Mastering your body comes before mastering the world. A mind fueled by proper nutrition, discipline, and strong habits will always outperform even the most chemically enhanced intellect.
