Estos dos varones humanos no se conocían entre ellos, es más, jamás habían cruzado sus miradas antes de hoy. Después de 33 minutos exactos de estar ahí anclados , aparecieron 3 señores de “edad madura” (55 ó 58 años presumo) .
Ellos portaban un estandarte que los identificaba como integrantes de la “Asociación de machos desvalidos” que convocó la concentración varonil, cuyo motivo principal era reclamar igualdad total ante la ley, es decir, “que lo que es bueno o malo para el pavo, también lo debe ser para la pava” . Para decirlo en lenguaje llano, reclaman que la ley sancione por igual los insultos y agresiones del hombre a la mujer y de la mujer al hombre. No sé, esto me suena como insertado en el manual de la”Declaración Universal de los derechos del hombre y la mujer”, redactada por vez primera en Ginebra (Suiza) en 1948, y cuya aprobación se decidió el 10 de septiembre de ese mismo año en la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas, celebrada en París (Francia) .
Bueno, resulta que estos dos señores, uno de nombre Carlos Pinto y el otro llamado José Bravo se presentaron a los representantes legales de la Asociación en forma separada, es decir, cada uno por su lado. No obstante, durante la plática entre ellos, Carlos y Gabriel fueron forzados por las circunstancias a intercambiar pareceres y estrecharse las manos, como indicativo que eran partícipes convencidos en la manifestación que estaba agarrando cuerpo. Eran las 9 y 45 am del domingo 23 de febrero del 2025. El inicio de la actividad fue pautado para las 10 y 30 minutos, es decir, restaban 45 minutos para comenzar la faena y sólo habían concurrido hasta el momento unos 27 “socios” dispuestos a bregar por sus sinceros y genuinos intereses de grupo. A esa hora exacta se apersonaron en el lugar 2 damas con uniformes de suéter y pantalones de color verde. Ambas se identificaron como representantes legales del gremio de “Defensoras de los derechos primigenios de las descendientes de Eva a gozar de un ambiente ecológico sin traumas machistas” . Se acercaron al grupo de manifestantes masculinos y les comunicaron amablemente sus intenciones de monitorear el desarrollo de la actividad que estaba a punto de comenzar.
Debido a ese intento de intromisión intempestiva por parte de estas dos féminas, los varones congregados en la plaza recreativa más grande de Cumaná iniciaron un coloquio con el fin de evitar que estas dos señoras obstaculizaran en modo alguno su accionar en esta jornada crucial para lograr una real y auténtica equidad de género en estos tiempos post modernos. Decidieron comisionar a 2 hermanos de causa común para dialogar con las susodichas y disuadirlas de sus intenciones de interrumpir su acto magno. Gabriel y Carlos dieron un paso al frente y de ipsofacto fueron aceptados por la totalidad de los presentes. Los muchachos se acercaron a las chicas con una actitud un tanto afable diría yo. Al encontrarse frente a frente hubo una especie de “cortocircuito” entre los cuatro seres sin mediar una sola palabra. Cuando se presentaron, ellas dijeron sus nombres (Gabriela y Carlota) pero rechazaron tajantemente dar sus apellidos , aduciendo evitar así una posible exposición perniciosa por las redes sociales. Ellos, sin embargo, se identificaron con nombres y apellidos completos , evitando de ese modo parecer retaliativos.
Después de varios minutos de conversación, Carlota hizo un comentario que activó el “perro rabioso” que habitaba dentro de Carlos y Gabriel y que había permanecido en letargo hasta entonces. Ella dijo que tenía autorización de la Primera Dama del municipio para impedir a toda costa que esta “miserable marcha” tuviera alguna repercusión en la opinión pública. Enfurecidos, ambos asociados se regresaron a reunirse con el resto de los congregados y les informaron que no había forma de conciliar, por las buenas, un común acuerdo para que el gremio varonil actuara sin contratiempos. Entonces, llegada la hora , decidieron poner en marcha su asunto contra viento y marea. 150 simpatizantes de la causa se aprestaron a ejecutar su plan. Tenían 10 pancartas y 2 estandartes que señalaban sus consignas e identificaban su agrupación y las razones del evento. Marcharon rumbo al palacio legislativo donde sesiona el cuerpo legislativo del estado Sucre. Allí anunciaron proclamas para promover sus ideales y peticiones. Muchos hombres de los alrededores se acercaron a la concentración y aplaudieron en señal de apoyo de los manifestantes e incluso algunas mujeres de diferentes edades también vieron con buenos ojos los reclamos de la concurrencia. Como no era día de sesiones no pudieron entregar el documento que habían redactado para presentarlo ante los diputados locales. Aún así, hicieron un acto de entrega simbólica con la presencia de tres reporteros de un periódico y una emisora de radio radicados en el municipio.
En cuanto a “las damas de verde” , se abstuvieron de hacer su monitoreo motivado a la significativa concurrencia y a la buena aceptación que tuvo la actividad reivindicativa de derechos igualitarios para hombres y mujeres. Es decir, ni machismo ni feminismo. La causa es la “igualdad total”.

As for the "ladies in green", they refrained from making their motivated monitoring due to the significant participation and good acceptance of the activity vindicating equal rights for men and women. That is, neither machismo nor feminism. The cause is "total equality".
