The first thing that needs to happen is we need to see behind our own masks and love the person we find. In most cases, the masks we put on are to hide our own insecurities, not to please others. If we learn to love our uniqueness, the goods and the not-so-goods, we can start peeling away the masks and really connect with the world around us.
Your last two verses capture that well. We always make things worse than they are in our own minds. Nobody's perfect. Just be yourself and be heard. Nice work!
