I liked this piece a lot! Reading it was no humdrum conundrum lol. The humor you use, as well as the rhyming of the stanzas, made it evocative of some kind of hymn one would sing internally while walking towards the warm sand, anticipating the joys to be had once destination was reached... Only to find out it was a daydream! Thanks for the smile!
Awesome, thanks very much! 😃 Yes.. I threw a few memories of past trips to the sands.. haven't been in quite some time. I've been on the dark side for awhile and figured why not enjoy some sunshine, even in a day dream.
