He get in
but he went out
not approved for him
approved for others
can't stamp for him
but stamp for others
he fight his way all alone
he keep getting stronger alone
he was alive
Always at his right mind
free up his mind
still call him boss
but hardly behave like one
when it comes to him
he never gave up
the attitude was known
nobody talks about it.
He became a loner
ln the office
resentment office
he got sidelines
never seen as the right guy
he went through hell
the works he loves it
good effort he put
no day seen
make the office better
everything was smoother
time's came to leave
The audit firm hired him
working he start
the inspection on ground
to check on them
his previous place of work
surprisingly eyes
who saw him
he did great as on him
let go bygone
humble as always
the smiles were out
he was cheerful on the job
like he always does
the boss missed him
but it was too late
he got value somewhere
This poem point out that boss in offices should treat worker the same, and not having a person he/she quarrel each time he/she gets to the office.
As it sometimes happened in some places of work. Yet, the deal is, it will make the worker to feel, he/she should find another job where they will got treated in a good way.
And before they know, it will be how the boss will missed a good worker, meanwhile the person was working his/her efforts was seen as nothing.
ln general ls that, we should always open our eyes to see what is best, because when they left, it might be too late for us to get it back.
