To answer your question, I think the same holds for Western Europe. Without having appendicitis, there is little chance that a surgeon will just go for the operation.

I guess medical ethics are more or less the same everywhere.

I didn't know the same symptoms could be connected to anxiety.

When COVID19 came, I started having symptoms similar to its symptoms. I was almost certain I had the virus at some point. That's to show you the extent of my anxieties, sometimes
