Yes, I mentioned in a previous post along another stretch of the wall that it was UNESCO. An obvious choice in my opinion since there are very few well preserved or restored fortresses from this era (late 1700s) in East Asia. There are only a few other fortresses in Korea (Jinju is my 2nd favourite), but lots of walls along mountain top with namhansanseong, also close to Seoul being the best (and UNESCO, too).
