Today I ended my Eskişehir adventure. At noon, the training ended and I immediately threw myself into Odunpazar. 😅
But today I will try to talk about Sazova park. Yesterday the training ended around 16.00. Since the training place is close to Sazova park, we passed in a short time. My friend I met from the training accompanied me.

Bugün Eskişehir serüvenimi noktaladım. Öğlen vakitlerinde eğitim bitti ve hemen kendimi Odunpazarına attım. 😅
Ancak bugün Sazova parkından bahsetmeye çalışacam. Dün eğitim saat 16.00 gibi bitti. Eğitim yeri Sazova parkına yakın olduğu için kısa bir sürede geçtik. Bana eğitimden tanıştığım arkadaşımda eşlik etti.
Before coming to Eskişehir, I was very curious about the Fairy Tale Castle. I had seen it many times from my friends' stories and social media. So I especially wanted to see this place. When we reached the castle, we went to the box office to buy tickets, but I was very disappointed. The attendant said that the castle was closed to visitors. Even though I told him that the closing time on the internet was 17.00, he did not pay attention to my complaints and his only answer was that it was summer time on the internet. We were at the castle around 16.40, maybe if we came 10 minutes earlier, they would let us in, but this is definitely not our fault. They had to update the time on the internet. Anyway, let me tell you as much as I have seen without demoralising you too much. 😅
Eskişehir’e gelmeden önce Masal Şatosunu çok merak ediyordum. Arkadaşlarımın hikayelerinden ve sosyal medyada birçok kez görmüştüm. Bu yüzden özellikle burayı görmek istedim. Kapıdan içeri girip tabelaları takip ettik. Şatoya ulaştığımızda bilet almak için gişelerin olduğu kısma geçtik ancak büyük bir moral bozukluğuna uğradım. Görevli şatonun ziyarete kapandığını söyledi. Her ne kadar internetteki kapanış saatinin 17.00 olduğunu söylesem de benim serzenişlerime aldırış etmedi ve tek cevabı; İnternette yazan yaz saati, cevabı oldu. Biz 16.40 gibi şatonun ordaydık belki 10 dakika erken gelsek içeri alacaklardı ama bu kesinlikle bizim hatamız değil. İnternetteki saati güncellemeleri gerekiyordu. Her neyse sizin de moralinizi çok fazla bozmadan gezip, gördüğüm kadarını anlatayım. 😅
Although we couldn't go inside the castle, I walked around all four sides and took photos from different angles. If I didn't miss the entrance time, I would definitely come here in the evening, because it looks much more beautiful in the photos at night. Although the castle seems to have a complex structure when viewed from the front and back facades, when viewed from the west, it can be seen in a simple way that it was built in an orderly manner based on certain measurements.
Şatonun her ne kadar içine giremesek de dört tarafını da dolaşıp farklı açılardan fotoğraflar çektim. Giriş saatini kaçırmasam buraya kesinlikle akşam gelirdim. Çünkü gece fotoğraflarda çok daha güzel görünüyor. Ön ve arka cepheden bakılınca şato karmaşık bir yapıya sahip gibi görünsede batı yönünden bakılınca belli ölçüler baz alınarak nizami şekilde yapıldığı basit bir şekilde görülebiliyor.
Almost all of us watched cartoons when we were little. When I first saw this place, I thought of the cartoons I watched when I was little. In the same way, it reminds me of the castles mentioned in fairy tales. Since it was Ramadan and daytime, there were not many visitors. Of course, the closure of the visitor entrance is the biggest factor :))
Hemen hemen hepimiz küçükken çizgi film izlemişizdir. Ben burayı ilk gördüğümde çizgi küçükken izlediğim çizgi filmler aklıma geldi. Aynı şekilde masallarda antalılan şatoları da anımsatıyor. Ramazan ayı ve gündüz vakti olduğu için çok fazla ziyaretçisi yoktu. Tabi ziyaretçi girişinin kapanması en büyük etken :))
After leaving the castle, we walked with quick steps to the part where the Kalyon Museum ship was located. The closing time was 19.00, but I didn't believe that time because my trust was broken. And so it was. 😅
This place also said that the toll booths were closed at 17.00 due to winter time. I can say that we barely made it. Even though the attendant said that we had to travel a little faster, I didn't pay much attention because I was very angry, they should have updated the times beforehand. This is exactly what I told them.
Şatonun yanından ayrıldıktan sonra hızlı adımlarla Kalyon Müze gemisinin olduğu kısma yürüdük. Kapanış saati 19.00 görünüyordu ancak güvenim kırıldığı için o saate pek inanmadım. Öyle de oldu. 😅
Burası da kış saatinden dolayı 17.00’ da gişelerin kapandığını söyledi. Ucu ucuna yetiştik desem yeridir. Görevli biraz hızlı gezmemiz gerektiğini söylese de çok fazla aldırış etmedim. Çünkü çok kızdım, önceden saatleri güncellemeleri gerekiyordu. Kendilerine de aynen bu şekilde söyledim.
The ship looked very beautiful because it was located above the water. After stepping on the ship, a pirate statue welcomes you and you feel like you are travelling on the sea.
Gemi suyun üstünde konumlandığı için çok güzel görünüyordu. Gemiye adım attıktan sonra sizi bir korsan heykel karşılıyor ve kendinizi denizin üstünde seyahat ediyormuş gibi hissediyorsunuz.
The upper part is much simpler than the lower part. There is a rudder that steers the ship and certain equipment. The content and wooden structure of the room are reminiscent of Black Sea village houses.
Üst kısmı alt katına göre çok daha sade. Gemiye yön veren dümen ve belli başlı ekipmanlar bulunuyor. Odanın içeriği ve ahşap yapısı Karadeniz köy evlerini anımsatıyor.
The invisible lower part of the ship is a different world. :))
This luxurious room attracted my attention the most. It probably belongs to the top manager of the pirates or an important person. I got this idea from the parrot on the table. It's usually like this in films. 😅
The other interesting thing in the room is the map that preserves its originality. It was probably drawn during the Ottoman period. The routes of the seas and oceans are drawn in detail.
Geminin görünmeyen alt kısmı ise apayrı bir dünya. :))
Burada benim en çok dikkatimi çeken bu lüks oda oldu. Muhtemelen korsanların en üst yöneticisine ait ya da önemli bir kimseye. Masanın üzerindeki papağandan bu düşünceye ulaştım. Filmlerde genelde böyle oluyor. 😅
Odada ki diğer ilgi çekici şey ise orijinalliğini koruyan harita. Muhtemelen osmanlı döneminde çizilmiş. Deniz ve okyanusların güzergahları detaylıca çizilmiş.
In the other part of the lower section there is a dormitory. In order to minimise the effect of swaying while sailing on the sea or ocean, the beds are fixed to the ceiling, high above the ground. We can call it a kind of cradle for adults. 😅
In the centre is a cellar for fruit and vegetables. It probably has a feature that will preserve the freshness of the fruits for a long time. There is a medium-sized aquarium just opposite the cellar and the fish in it are alive. What attracts my attention in the aquarium is that all the fish gather in one area and move at the same time. Maybe this is the speciality of these fish.
Alt kısmın diğer bölümünde yatakhane bulunuyor. Deniz veya okyanus üzerinde seyir halindeyken sallanmanın etkisini en aza indirmek için yataklar yerden yüksek olacak şekilde tavana sabitlenmiş. Yetişkin kimseler için bir nevi beşik diyebiliriz. 😅
Tam ortada ise meyve sebzelerin konduğu kiler bulunuyor. Muhtemelen meyvelerin tazeliğini uzun süre muhafaza edecek bir özelliğe sahip. Kilerin hemen karşısında orta büyüklükte bir akvaryum bulunuyor ve içindeki balıklar canlı. Akvaryumda dikkatimi çeken şey ise balıkların hepsi bir alanda toplanıp aynı anda hareket etmesi. Belki de bu balıkların özelliği budur.
After about 20 minutes we left the ship and I took some photos from outside. I paid 70 Turkish Liras for this trip. If you visit Sazova park, I recommend you to visit it.
There is a small lake right next to the ship. You can walk around it and spend time. Thank you for reading, see you soon.
